The County of Venango is currently accepting applications for a full-time (40 hrs/wk.) Correctional Nurse to work within the Venango County Prison.

Required qualifications: Must possess current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Must have two years’ professional nursing experience. Work experience in mental health, corrections, or similar environment preferred. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. Starting rate: $13.96/hr. Full-time positions include participation in the County lifetime pension program and fully paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums for the employee.
