State Police Calls: Harassment, Reckless Endangerment

FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) — Area State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Kingsley Township

According to PSP Marienville, 33-year-old Nicholas Gerald Biancaniello and 64-year-old Thomas Leute were in an altercation regarding ATV’s riding on a private lane along Barber Drive in Kingsley Township.

Police say both men bumped chests and shoved one another.

Charges were filed for harassment against both men.

Reckless Endangerment in Hickory Township

Around 8:46 p.m. on Sunday, May 27, Pennsylvania State Police Marienville received a call from a concerned individual regarding a male walking around camps intoxicated and firing a handgun at a location on State Route 666 in Hickory Township.

During the investigation, it was determined that a known 22-year-old man recklessly endangered the lives of others and was also in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. He was taken to PSP Marienville and processed.

Harassment in Rimersburgh Borough

According to Clarion-based State Police, around 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 24, a known 58-year-old Rimersburg man grabbed and pushed a known victim at a location on East Broad Street in Rimersburg Borough, Clarion County.
