State Police Calls: Trepass, DUI Drugs

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — State police responded to the following calls:

Trespass in Porter Township

According to Clarion-based State Police, an incident of trespass occurred around 8:50 p.m. on June 3 on Olean Trail, at its intersection with Himes Road, in Porter Township, Clarion County.

Police say 36-year-old Shawn M. Hilliard, of Clarion, entered or remained in a place at 390 Olean Trail in Porter Township, and a notice against trespass was given to him by a known woman.

DUI and Drug Possession on I-80, Rose Twp.

PSP Marienville made a DUI with drug possession arrest on Interstate 80 eastbound, at mile marker 77.9, in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

Around 1:40 p.m. on May 26, a known, 35-year-old Canton, Michigan man was stopped for speeding in a 2017 Ford Taurus Sedan. It was discovered that he was under the influence of and in the possession of marijuana.

He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

The investigation is ongoing pending lab results.
