The Curve loaded the bases with one out off of Rumble Ponies starter and loser Scott Copeland, and Reynolds took the first pitch he saw from Copeland and deposited over the right-field wall for his first homer of the year.
Cole Tucker (second inning) and Will Craig (eighth inning) added solo shots for the Curve, who had 14 hits in the game.
Bralin Jackson had three of those hits including a double with Tucker, Jason Martin and Reynolds each adding two hits.
That was more than enough support for Mitch Keller, who moved to 7-2 on the season after allowing two runs on four hits and four walks while striking out three in six innings of work.
Peter Alonso had three of those hits for Binghamton, including an RBI double in the third. Alonso tried to stretch the double into a triple but was thrown out at third.
Tim Tebow added a double for the Rumble Ponies, while John Mora also had two hits.
The win moves Altoona to 31-28 on the year three games back of first-place Akron and a 1/2 game back of Richmond for second place.
The teams conclude their three-game series at 10:35 a.m. Thursday before the Curve return home to face New Hampshire in a three-game set starting at 7 p.m. Friday.
