Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint, around 4:34 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, Officer Bowser, of the New Bethlehem Police Department, was dispatched to a residence on Atchison Way for a fight involving a knife. Upon arrival, he learned a juvenile male victim had entered into a verbal altercation with a known male and Trisha Davis.

The victim became upset and stated he was going to cut himself; he entered the kitchen and obtained a knife. Davis allegedly told the victim to “do it right the first time,” the complaint states.

At this time, the known man took the knife and was restraining the juvenile victim, and Davis kicked the juvenile victim in the groin, causing him severe pain, the complaint indicates.

EMS was notified and transported the victim to the Clarion Hospital.
