CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:
Burglary in Clarion Township
According to police, sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, an unknown perpetrator(s) unlocked the back door by gaining access through the window of a Hillside Appartments residence on Robinwood Drive in Clarion Township.
The perpetrator(s) took $730.00 from the residence.

Car Hits Deer in Beaver Township
According to police, around 7:29 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 49-year-old John E. Thoman, of Lisbon, was operating a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, traveling east in the right eastbound lane of Interstate 80.
Police say Thoman struck a deer on a straight portion of I-80 eastbound causing extensive front-end damage to his vehicle. The vehicle then traveled onto the right eastbound shoulder of I-80 and came to a final rest.
Thoman was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.
