FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police responded to the following calls:
Criminal Mischief in Tionesta
According to police, around 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, an unknown perpetrator (s) threw a rock at a glass door of a building located on Vine Street in Tionesta Borough.
The rock cracked the glass door.
The perpetrator(s) fled the scene.
Contraband Drug Offenses at SCI Forest
According to police, 59-year-old Lorie Marie Facchiano, of Erie, was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while inside SCI Forest.
Police say Facchiano was at the prison with family members to visit an inmate.
PSP Marienville responded.
Marijuana and drug paraphernalia was also allegedly found inside the vehicle Facchiano drove to SCI Forest.
According to police, Facchiano was “found to be impaired and was arrested for DUI and drug-related charges.”
The following charges were filed in Magisterial District Judge Daniel L. Miller’s office on Saturday, June 23:
– Contraband/Controlled Substance, Felony 2
– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– DUI: Controlled Substance Alcohol/Drugs — 1st Offense — Combination, Misdemeanor
Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bail, Facchiano was lodged in the Warren County Jail.
