Who are the Friends of Clarion Wrestling (FOCW) and what is their purpose?

FOCW is a 501-C3 organization founded in 2016. The primary objective of the group is to financially support the operations of Clarion University’s Regional Training Center. The FOCW employs a training center coach and covers all expenses incurred by the training center such as travel, housing, meals, etc. Clarion’s head wrestling coach, Keith Ferraro, feels strongly that the training center is crucial to developing well-rounded NCAA Division I wrestlers. At last year’s FOCW outing, more than 200 wrestling alumni and friends returned to enjoy a day of friendly competition and renewing friendships. A record 35 golf foursomes participated and Jack Irwin’s International Corn Hole competition fielded the largest number of competitors ever.
