Service Access & Management, Inc. currently has an opening for a Mental Health Case Manager in Clarion.

The role of this position involves establishing a partnership with the individual being supported. Through respect and collaboration, goal planning occurs, in hopes of fostering trust and hope.

Case Managers also complete individualized plans, linkages, and referrals to chosen services and treatment options.

Daily travel and the provision of services in a wide variety of settings are important facets of this position, both performed with the intent of best accommodating the needs of the person-served.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and valid PA Driver’s License.
