HOWE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police are investigating an incident where a victim was threatened with a pistol in Howe Township, Forest County.
According to police, around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, a known victim reported that he and a known 64-year-old Sheffield man engaged in a verbal altercation outside a residence in Howe Township. The 64-year-old Sheffield man pulled a .380 caliber pistol and threatened to shoot the victim.
This investigation is ongoing.
Charges are pending.
