CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Damaging winds and flooding are possible for Clarion County and surrounding areas.

The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued the following Hazardous Weather Outlook at 4:23 a.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2018:

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for western Maryland, east central Ohio, northwest Pennsylvania, southwest Pennsylvania, west central Pennsylvania, western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and northern panhandle of West Virginia.

Strong to severe storms capable of damaging wind gusts will be possible this afternoon and evening.

Heavy downpours are also possible, which could lead to localized flooding.
