State Police Calls: PFA Violation, Disorderly Conduct, DUI, False Reports

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

PFA Violation in Ashland Township

According to police, around 2:32 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, PSP Clarion investigated an alleged PFA violation. Upon further investigation, it was determined that a known 51-year-old Cranberry woman violated an active PFA.

She was arrested for Indirect Criminal Contempt and arraigned before MDJ 18-3-01.

Disorderly Conduct in East Brady

Police say an incident of disorderly conduct occurred as Gregory Amos Andre allegedly used obscene language toward two juvenile females.

Charges are being filed through MDJ 18-3-04.

DUI in Monroe Township

According to police, on Wednesday, August 8, a vehicle operated by a known Rimersburg man was followed by a witness south on State Route 68 where the witness observed multiple unsafe driving infractions.

False Reports in Clarion Township

Police say around 6:19 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, PSP Clarion responded to a reported domestic incident at the Hillside Apartment Complex.

Upon arrival, it was determined that Jessica Lynn Mason had allegedly lied about the incident.

Charges are pending.
