State Police Calls: Harassment, Criminal Mischief, DUI Hit-and-Run, Drug Paraphernalia

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Toby Township

On August 25, around 12:00 p.m., PSP Clarion investigated a domestic violence incident at a private residence in Toby Township.

The accused is a known male.

The victim is a known female.

Charges were filed through 18-3-01.

The name of the accused was not released.

Criminal Mischief in Madison Township

An unknown perpetrator damaged the door of the Rimersburg Road and Gun Club located at 442 E. Rod & Gun Club Road in Madison Township.

The incident occurred sometime between 12:01 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on August 19.

Criminal Mischief in Clarion Township

Around 5:59 p.m. on August 25, a known 14-year-old male, of Clarion, shot two BB’s from a CO2 powered handgun and struck the victim’s window twice at a residence located at 300 South 4th Avenue in Clarion Township.

The damage is estimated at $250.00.

The victim is a 61-year-old Clarion man.

The juvenile was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief.

DUI Hit-and-Run in Monroe Township

The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. on July 19, as a known, 31-year-old Clarion man struck a parked car in the Clarion Mall parking lot and then drove over the curb leaving the parking lot.

The Clarion man was stopped and taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

Charges were filed at 18-3-02.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Ashland Township

Around 8:22 p.m. on August 23, precursors for a meth lab were allegedly discovered in a green Jeep belonging to 42-year-old Charles Lenhart, of Knox.

The incident occurred on Ninevah Road, in Ashland Township.

The investigation is ongoing.
