Soccer Roundup: Karns City Girls, Boys; Redbank Valley Girls Get Victories Saturday

Hunter Dittman Karns City Howie DittmanKNOX, Pa. (D9Sports) – Hunter Dittman and McKenna Lavella both had hat tricks to pace an 11-0 Karns City win at Keystone Saturday.

For both players, it was their first career HT.

Olivia Rumbaugh and Brooke Stahlman each added a pair of goals for the Lady Gremlins, while Maura King added a tally.

REDBANK VALLEY 9, TITUSVILLE 1

TITUSVILLE, Pa. – Behind a Rhiannon Laughlin hat trick, visiting Redbank Valley rolled past Titusville, 9-1 Saturday.

Freshman Quinn Fricko added a pair of goals for the Lady Bulldogs, while Teja Hageter, Austin Kirkpatrick, Carley Shick and Alaina Hook also scored. Fricko added a pair of helpers with Shick and Josey Adams each adding an assist.

BOYS’ SOCCER

KARNS CITY 3, KEYSTONE 0

KNOX, Pa. – Behind Austin Fahlor’s hat trick visiting Karns City topped Keystone, 3-0 Saturday.

Jake Weckerly made a pair of saves to preserve the shutout for the Gremlins.
