State Police Calls: DUI Arrest, Megan’s Law Noncompliance
DUI Arrest in Farmington Township
According to Marienville-based State Police, a traffic stop was conducted around 5:54 p.m. on August 21 after it was determined that a known, 52-year-old Tylersburg man was operating a motor vehicle while his PA driver’s license was currently under suspension.
The accused was found to be impaired and was arrested for DUI. He submitted to chemical testing and was late released to a family member.
A criminal complaint was filed at District Court 18-3-02, charging the known man with the following offenses:
- Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked
Failure to Comply with Megan’s Law
Clarion-based State Police say a known, 53-year-old Knox man did not comply with his semi-annual Megan’s Law Update verification requirements.
The date of the incident was listed as May 22, 2018.
The name of the actor was not released.
