15th Annual Foxburg Art, Wine, and Food Festival Opens on Sunday

FOXBURG, Pa. (EYT) — The Foxburg Art, Wine and Food Festival celebrates its 15th year on Sunday, October 14.

The event will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the heart of Foxburg along the scenic Allegheny River in Clarion County.

Get a head start on the festivities on Friday, October 12, with the fabulous Clam Bake at Foxburg’s Allegheny Grille.

Reservations are required, so please call the Allegheny Grille at 724-659-5701.

The Allegheny Grille will also have their “All You Can Eat Fish” on Friday night for just $11.99, followed by their Saturday menu headlined by their slow roasted prime rib, beef tenderloin medallions, fire-grilled salmon, and much more, and a special buffet on Sunday.

The Foxburg Festival will once again feature a wide variety of artisans and crafters offering handcrafted items for sale.

Each year, some new vendors are attracted to the event. Tickets for a 50/50 raffle will be available during the event at each business.

While exploring Foxburg’s businesses, be sure to visit The Red Brick Gallery, Foxburg’s artist cooperative, where individuals can purchase that perfect piece or get an early start on Christmas shopping.

Fall Festivals say Oktoberfest!

With that in mind, try the Oktoberfest pizza at Foxburg Pizza or sample a draft of Oktoberfest beer and German cuisine at the Grille.

There will be plenty of food vendors lining Main Street and handcrafted Belgian chocolates or gourmet coffee at Divani Chocolatier and Barista.

Still thirsty? Drop into the very popular Foxburg Wine Cellars offering over 30 varieties of wine along with accessories and gift items.

Music will be provided by the Richard Eustice Band from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Family fun? Dragonfly Balloons will be crafting beautiful balloon items to wear or as sculptures. Plus, every child loves a trip through the Red Caboose train car.

Plan now for a Foxburg weekend. This is a free event, and free shuttle service is provided at the designated parking areas — Allegheny-Clarion Valley Elementary School and Allegheny-Clarion Valley Medical Center, both located on PA Route 58. For visitor’s safety, it is requested that all motorized vehicles, including motorcycles, park at those designated areas. Handicapped parking will be provided close to the event.
