Clarion University Baseball Haunted House Opens on Friday

CLARION, Pa. — For two weekends in October, Clarion University’s Given Hall will be transformed into a Haunted House full of scares, thrills, and excitement!

The Clarion University Baseball and Softball teams are hosting the event on Friday, October 19, and Saturday, October 20, and again on Thursday, October 25, through Saturday, October 27.

The event runs from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on all nights.

The players have been working on the event, preparing the building with lots of spooky surprises for anyone who dares to enter.

Clarion University Baseball player Dillon Wolbert told exploreClarion.com, “I think the dorm style is freakier because there are so many rooms that can have something in them.”

“There are some freaky bathrooms up there, too. It’s a pretty long walkthrough.”

Haunted Given

Admission is $15.00 for general admission and $10.00 for Clarion University student.

All proceeds will benefit the Clarion University Baseball and Softball programs.

While the players welcome anyone who dares enter, they warn that the haunted event may be too frightening for young children.

Wolbert says there is no age requirement, but they are recommending it for ages 12 and over.

“Just from what we saw last year, it was a little freaky for younger children.”
