Kentucky Fugitive Apprehended at Public Meeting in Clarion Twp.

CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police say a man who was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Kentucky was taken into custody last week in Clarion County.

According to police, around 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, Joseph Christian McCoy of Summerville was identified in a public meeting in Clarion Township. A short time later, he was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant from Kentucky.

McCoy was placed in the Clarion County Jail where he is awaiting extradition to Kentucky.

No further details are being released at this time.
