Biscuit Turkey Bake
Ingredients
1 — 10-3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup chopped cooked turkey
1 — 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup 2% milk
A dash each of ground cumin, dried basil, and thyme
1 — 12 oz. tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions
~Preheat oven to 350°.
~In a large bowl, combine soup, turkey, mushrooms, peas, milk, and seasonings. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish; arrange biscuits over top.
~Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes (or until biscuits are golden brown).
