State Police: Second Woman Not Involved in Walmart Retail Theft

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State police issued a release indicating the second woman in the Walmart retail theft case was not involved.

According to Franklin-based State Police, the other woman in the photographs — Connie Miller — did not commit a crime and will not be charged.

However, charges were filed against 47-year-old Buffey McIntyre, of Titusville, according to police.

Police say McIntyre was the sole perpetrator of this crime.

On Sunday, November 25, Franklin-based State Police issued a release concerning a retail theft that occurred at Walmart located at 10 Kimberly Lane, Cranberry Township, Venango County.

All pictures below are of McIntyre.
