CLARION BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — A Corsica man was arrested on drug charges after he allegedly sold cocaine to a confidential informant on four separate occasions.
According to a criminal complaint, CNET (Clarion County Narcotics Enforcement Team) filed the following criminal charges against 19-year-old Bryce William Klawuhn, of Corsica, on Wednesday, November 28:
– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (four counts)
– Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3 (four counts)
– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor (four counts)
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor (four counts)
According to a criminal complaint, a confidential informant for CNET made the following purchases of cocaine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, from Bryce Klawuhn in the parking lot of a gas station on Main Street in Clarion:
– November 12, around 6:33 p.m.: two grams in exchange for $200.00
– November 17, around 7:47 p.m.: 3.5 grams in exchange for $300.00
– November 19, around 6:24 p.m.: 3.5 grams in exchange for $300.00
– November 27, around 1:50 p.m.: 1/2 ounce in exchange for $1,200.00
Klawuhn was arraigned at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, in Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller’s office.
His bail was set at $60,000.00 for each incident.
Unable to post bail, he was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. on December 11 in front of Magisterial District Judge Duane L. Quinn.
