1 Pro Services is seeking a Residential Construction Worker/Building and Grounds Maintenance.

The position is full-time, 40+ hours.

On the job training for the right person is available.

1 Pro Services is your local Exterior pressure washing and home improvement company. (Formerly known as Best Exterior Cleaners)

The business offers a wide variety of home improvement services, such as residential remodeling, flooring, trim and doors, shingle and rubber roofs, plumbing and electrical repair, exterior pressure washing, and we have roll off dumpsters for home rental.

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical
• Basic hand tools
• The ability to do heavy lifting
• A willingness to learn new skills

The tasks for the residential constructions worker/building and grounds maintenance includes:

• Drive truck with trailers
• Pressure washing homes, equipment, parking areas, etc.
• Delivering Roll off dumpsters to customers
• The ability to work off ladders and scaffolding
• All phases of residential construction from foundation up
• Handyman repairs at customers homes
• Plow snow in winter months
• Maintain building/grounds on rentals

The starting wages is $15.00 per hour and up. The pay is based on experience.
