Jeff’s Performance Plus located on Riverhill in Shippenville is hiring a part-time Office Manager.
Jeff’s is a complete automotive repair, trailer repair, atv-utv-golf cart repair, and detailing shop that also offers a full line of automotive accessories.
The position for Office Manager is 20 to 30 hours per week to start, with the possibility of full-time employment. On the job training for the right person is available.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Computer skills
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Strong QuickBooks skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail a must
- Fast-paced personality
The tasks for the office manager includes:
- Billing
- Accounts receivable
- Maintaining current advertisements
- Developing new and direct interaction with our customers
- Working with the service manager on inventory and billing
- Maintaining all of the incoming and outgoing paperwork
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour and up. Pay will be based on experience.
