Richard-Rick-Howell-1549549568Richard “Rick” William Howell, 65, of Emlenton, Pa. went to be with his lord and savior, after passing away unexpectedly but peacefully, Wednesday morning (02-06-19) at his residence of natural causes.

Born in Jeannette, Pa., on May 16, 1953, he was the son of the late George Hunter and Thelma Jean Rubright Howell.

He was a very talented vocal artist.

He frequently shared special songs from his heart at his beloved Park Hill Church of God, which he was a faithful member.

He and his family had a life long affiliation with Whitehall Campground near Emlenton.

His heart was always with the care, maintenance, and the learning experience it provided.

It was a Howell family devotion.

Rick possessed a unique passion and ability to draw and paint beautiful works of art.

He was especially talented in painting religious pieces as well as horses and country scenes.

Rick also worked as Mental Health Technician in Clarion.

He is survived Two brothers: Ronald Howell of Delmont and Donald (Jaye Bolen) Howell of Hagerston, Md. as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews as well as a very close friend Roger Clutter.
