CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police are investigating the following incidents:

Rape Investigation in Clarion County

Clarion-based State Police are investigating a rape that is alleged to have occurred on February 14 around 11:06 a.m.

The nature of the crime is listed as “Rape Forcible Opposite Sex.”

Trooper Allison is listed as the investigating officer on the case.

Due to the nature of the crime, no further details are being released at this time.

Man Arrested on DUI Charges in Beaver Township

A 49-year-old Knox man was arrested on DUI charges on February 18.

Trooper Allison said the incident happened around 1:54 p.m. when the driver of a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was found to be driving under the influence while traveling along Route 208 in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

Charges are pending the return of BAC test results.
