Join our growing and dynamic team! Deer Creek Winery is currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist to assist with wine samplings, sales, as well as onsite and offsite events in a fast paced and fun environment.
Tucked away in the picturesque Western Pennsylvania countryside, Deer Creek Winery sits proudly among the premier wineries in Pennsylvania. We go beyond expectations to please our wine connoisseurs, romantic getaway seekers, travel enthusiasts, and culture collectors!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a support function to the Main Winery
- Deliver excellent service in a customer-facing role that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
- Accurately input orders into the POS system
- Works closely with the kitchen staff and Inn to provide back-up support
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/sales support role
- Must be 21 years old
- Exhibits a fun and energetic demeanor
- Is a results driven, customer focused, self-starter
- Strong communication skills required
- Teamwork orientation
- Possesses integrity and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and able to multitask efficiently
- Willingness to learn new things
- Weekends are required
- Reliable transportation is a must
