Shippenville Man Accused of Trafficking Cocaine Held for Court

SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A Shippenville man accused of trafficking cocaine, heroin, and other drugs was held for court yesterday.

During a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, April 9, the following charges against 23-year-old Spencer Gene Rudolph, were held for court:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (four counts)
– Conspiracy — Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (two counts)
– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor (three counts)
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

The charges were transferred to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas.

He remains lodged in the Clarion County Jail after failing to post $25,000.00 monetary bail on this case.

Sadie Eisenman Also Charged with Trafficking Cocaine

The following charges were also filed against 30-year-old Sadie Rose Eisenman in connection to trafficking cocaine, heroin, and other drugs:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (three counts)
– Conspiracy — Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (three counts)
– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor (three counts)
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Court documents indicate that Eisenman stood for a preliminary hearing on April 9 in Central Court; however, records have not been updated.

According to court documents, Eisenman remains lodged in the Clarion County Jail on $25,000.00 monetary bail.

Details of the case:

On February 11, 2019, William Peck, IV — Clarion County Chief Detective and a member of CNET (Clarion County Narcotics Enforcement Team) — applied for a search warrant for the residence of Sadie R. Eisenman and Spencer G. Rudolph located at 101 North School Street, Shippenville, Pa., according to a criminal complaint.

The warrant was drug-related and involved the trafficking of controlled substances.

On February 13, 2019, the warrant was served by the PA State Police Special Operations Response Team (SERT). Both Eisenman and Rudolph were present at the time the warrant was served and were taken into custody without incident.

A search was conducted by members of CNET, Pa. State Troop C Vice Unit, Clarion Borough Police, and Clarion State Police.

According to the complaint, William Peck seized 27 related items from the residence, which included some of the following items:

– Approximately 1/2 to 3/4 pound of marijuana, packaged for sale in different sized amounts;
– 26 Suboxone strips;
– 12 white Subutex pills;
– A plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine;
– New packaging material (stamp bags) used to package heroin for sale;
– Packaging material from the purchase of marijuana;
– U.S. Currency;
– Digital scale; and
– Owe sheets.

Both Eisenman and Rudolph were interviewed by Detective Peck and allegedly confirmed the items listed above were related to the sales of controlled substances, according to the complaint.

Eisenman was arraigned at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, in Judge Turk’s office, and Rudolph was arraigned in Judge Turk’s office at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, February 15.

Charges against Rudolph in relation to a multi-county drug investigation initiated by the November 2018 overdose death of a Clarion man were also held for court yesterday.
