Marble Man Faces Marijuana Charges Following Washington Twp. Traffic Stop
According to Marienville-based State Police, a traffic stop was conducted around 9:22 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, on State Route 208/Brothers Lane, in Washington Township, Clarion County. The operator of the vehicle, 20-year-old Aloysius Jacob Gatesman, of Marble, was allegedly found to be under the influence of marijuana.
Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized from inside the vehicle, police say.
Gatesman will be charged with DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A passenger in his vehicle, 18-year-old Zella Rose Bellin, of Marble, was also allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to police.
She will be charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Charges will be filed at District Court 18-3-02.
