Checkpoint Nets Two DUIs, Twelve Citations

FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police released the results of a recent DUI checkpoint.

A DUI checkpoint/DUI patrol was conducted in Forest County on Saturday, April 13.

Troopers from Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville, Clarion, Lewis Run, and Punxsutawney participated in this checkpoint.

Thirty-two vehicles were stopped.

Of those stopped, the following results were reported:

– Two DUI arrests were made;
– Twelve traffic citations were issued; and
– Twenty-five warnings were issued.
