According to a criminal complaint, Trooper Berggren, of Clarion-based State Police, was assigned to investigate a report of indecent exposure on July 3, 2018, after an initial report was taken on June 22, 2018, by Trooper Jarrett.

The complaint states that Nathan Scott Moser sent pictures of his genitals through Facebook Messenger to a known victim, 14 years of age.

According to the complaint, the 14-year-old victim stated that Moser was aware of his/her age, while Moser was 29 years old at the time of the incident. The incident occurred while the victim was at a residence in Paint Township, Clarion County.

The complaint states that Trooper Berggren interviewed Moser, and Moser allegedly admitted to sending the photos. Moser also substantiated the victim’s claims by identifying himself in various pictures, including the explicit photographs and provided Trooper Berggren with a written statement.
