State Police Calls: Sligo Man Accused of Violating PFA, Items Found in German Hill Area

FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) – Area State Police responded to the following calls:

PFA Violation in Jenks Township

Marienville-based State Police investigated a violation of a Protection From Abuse order that occurred on Cherry Street in Jenks Township, Forest County, around 8:12 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16. The victims are listed as a 28-year-old Marienville woman and a five-year-old juvenile.

Police say after further investigation, it was determined a violation had occurred earlier in the day and a 40-year-old Sligo man was subsequently located later in the day and taken into custody.

The man’s name was not released.

Found Property in Kingsley Township

Marienville-based State Police say several miscellaneous items, including two Elk antlers, were found just off of German Hill Road in Kingsley Township, Forest County, around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 13.
