Men’s Golf Finishes the Fourth Annual Crofton Invite in EighthChris RossettiPublished April 24, 2019 4:18 amCROFTON, Md. – The Clarion men’s golf team ended the Fourth Annual Crofton Invitational in eighth place on Tuesday, finishing with a three-round team score of 948 at the Crofton C.C. (Photo courtesy of Clarion University Athletics) Clarion carded a team round of 305 on Tuesday, just slightly ahead of their pace from Monday. Nathan Sandberg shot at 79 for his third round card, finishing tied for 16th, finishing with a three-round total of 231. Mitch Faulkner came in just behind him by carding a round of 74 for a two-day score of 233. Nick Giambrone enjoyed the biggest jump, shaving off five strokes for a round of 76 on Tuesday.
