PERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A couple who were charged after police discovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded firearm are due in court this afternoon.
Court documents indicate 46-year-old Sally Jane Tucker and 55-year-old Timothy James Howard, both of Parker, are scheduled to stand for preliminary hearings in front of
Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14.
Tucker faces the following charges:
– Possession Of Firearm Prohibited, Felony 2
– Firearms Not To Be Carried Without License, Felony 3
– Possess Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
She remains lodged in the Clarion County Jail on $5,000.00 monetary bail
Howard faces the following:
– Conspiracy — Firearms Not To Be Carried Without License, Felony 3
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
He is currently free on a surety posted by a professional bondsman.
Details of the case:
According to Clarion-based State Police, a traffic stop was conducted around 3:38 p.m. on February 28, on Perryville Road in Perry Township, Clarion County, pursuant to a warrant for Sally Jane Tucker.
Police say Tucker and Timothy James Howard were found in possession of a loaded firearm, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
Charges were filed against the defendants on Friday, May 3.
According to court documents, Tucker was arraigned in Magisterial District Judge Amy Long Turk’s office on Saturday, May 4.
Howard was arraigned at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, in Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller’s office.
