5cde156874911Robert L. “Bob” Meehan, 61, of Titusville (Cherrytree Township), died unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

He was born February 26, 1958 in Oil City, a son of the late Henry J. and Agnes (Bell) Meehan.

Bob was a graduate of Cranberry High School.

He was a former member of the P.N.A. Club in Oil City.

Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his son.

He is survived by his son, John L. Meehan and his mother, Rose Tebay, both of Seneca; his step-children, Jessica Tebay of Oil City, Amanda Tebay of Franklin, and Jeffrey Tebay, Jr. of Seneca; his companion, Betty Oakes of Titusville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Agnes Meehan; and two sisters, Debby Sue McSparren and Mary Rankin.

A private memorial service was held for the immediate family.

Funeral arrangements were completed by Hile-Best Funeral Home in Seneca, Cranberry Township.
