5cdebc2ab160fSuelyn Kahle Bell, 65, of Seneca, died at her home while surrounded by her loving family on Thursday evening, May 16, 2019.

She was born in Erie on March 3, 1954 to the late Robert and Grayce (Lange) Kahle.

Suelyn was a graduate of Cranberry High School.

In her younger years, she coached girls youth softball.

Mrs. Bell was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Oil City.

Suelyn was an avid reader, enjoyed cross-stitching, walking, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was employed as a customer service representative for National Fuel Gas Co. in Oil City for thirty-five years.

Suelyn was married in Christ Lutheran Church on August 14, 1976 to Clarence E. Bell, and he survives. Also surviving are two children: Wesley P. Bell and his wife Kim of Franklin, and Emily R. Carlson and her husband Brian of Worthington, Ohio; three grandchildren, Wesley and Grayce Bell, and Patrick Shirey, Jr.; a sister, Kathy Kahle of Oil City; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Grayce Kahle.

Friends and family will be received Monday (May 20th) from 5 — 8 p.m. in the Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, Cranberry Township. A funeral service will be held Tuesday (May 21st) at 11 a.m. in Christ Lutheran Church, 1029 Grandview Road in Oil City, with Rev. David Oester, church pastor, officiating. Private interment will follow in Heckathorn Cemetery in Seneca.
