Susanne J. Rhea, 77, of Clarion, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the Caring Alternatives in Muskego, WI.

She was born on March 22, 1942, in Reading; daughter of the late John and Margaret Sekerchak Wasickanin.

Susanne married Daryl Rhea, Jr. on July 2, 1966, who preceded her in death on November 12, 2014.

Susanne worked as a Chemist, Teacher, and after retirement, she became a loving and devoted housewife.

She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarion.

Susanne is survived by her five children: Sara Reichard of Clarion, Laura Wilkowski and her husband Stephen of Midland, MI, Adam Rhea of Charlottesville, VA, Valerie Arsiniega and her husband David of Muskego, WI, and Carina Rhea of Los Angeles, CA; nine grandchildren: Daniel, Amber, Joey, Bryan, and Timothy Reichard, Elvis Arsiniega, and Michael, Samuel, and Margaret Wilkowski; a great-grandson: Hayden Reichard; and a brother: Mark Wasickanin and his wife Joanne.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clarion on Thursday, June 6, 2019, where Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. in the Church with Rev. Monty Sayers, presiding.

The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion is handling the arrangements.
Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
