The charges are the result of a domestic dispute that escalated into a physical altercation at a residence located on Route 322 in Clarion Township involving Douglas Hannold.

According to a criminal complaint, around 8:28 p.m. on May 25, Trooper Reilly, of PSP Clarion, received information from a known victim that a domestic incident occurred at the above-described location earlier in the day.
