State Police Calls: Terroristic Threats, PFA Violation

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Terroristic Threats in Paint Township

On Friday, May 31, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Clarion-based State Police were informed of an incident that occurred on Wednesday, May 29, involving terroristic threats.

According to police, the victim, a 43-year-old Rimersburg woman, arrived at the Clarion-based State Police barracks to report the incident, and based off of investigatory details and evidence, provided, an arrest warrant was obtained for 41-year-old Jerry Willette, of Shippenville.

Police say around 4:25 p.m., they obtained a warrant and took Willette into custody following a traffic stop.

PFA Violation in Toby Township

According to police, around 7:59 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, a known 52-year-old Rimersburg woman, who was protected under a Protection from Abuse Order (PFA), was contacted via text by 35-year-old Keisha Vaughn, of Lewistown.

Police say Vaughn will be charged for one count of contempt of a court order for the PFA violation.
