CLARION, Pa. — The Clarion County YMCA is offering a new exercise class for moms and babies.
Moms4Fitness is a new class at the YMCA held every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m.
The class is led by fitness instructor and mom Casey Shoup. Moms4Fitness started in June. The class is contingent upon enrollment, and the YMCA hopes to enroll a few more moms and babies in July.
Join other moms and their babies for push-ups, sit-ups, and planks that involve leaning in to kiss your little one. Do squats and lunges using your baby as added resistance. You’ll even get some cardio and core exercise in with your little one on board! These exercises will captivate your baby while you get a great workout.
The class fee is $27/Members and $40 Non-members, monthly. July program registration is available online or at the YMCA.
For more information, call the YMCA at 814-764-3400.
