Susan Greenawalt, 72, of Strattanville, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

She was born on March 5, 1947, in Brookville; daughter of the late Samuel and Elaine Rex Wensel.

Susan married Dennis Greenawalt on March 30, 1979, and he survives.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Susan was of the Baptist Faith.

She is survived by her loving husband; her son: Samuel E. Rex of Pine City; her daughter: Tammy Wagner of Shippenville; two grandchildren: Kelly and Dylan Slaugenhaupt, both of Shippenville; and three siblings: Kathy Myers and her husband John of Sligo, Doris Thompson of New Bethlehem, and Samuel Wensel and his wife Kendell of Ohio.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no public visitation.

All services will be private.
