CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – When the Clarion Little League 9-and-10-year-old All-Star team captured the District 25 title with a 22-0, four-inning win over Oil City Wednesday night, it marked the final game at Paul A. Weaver Park for Brian Smail as the Little League president.

Earlier this summer, Smail stepped down as the Little League president and Rob Rinker was named the new president. Rinker has been following Smail around all season, and Smail is excited about the energy and enthusiasm the new president brings to the table.
“You are going to like him,” Smail said.
