CLARION BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Local emergency personnel responded to a report of smoke in a building on South 5th Avenue in Clarion Borough on Saturday morning.

Clarion County 9-1-1 reported the incident was called in at 5:46 a.m. for a structure at 39 South 5th Avenue in Clarion, Pa.

Clarion Fire & Hose No. 1, Clarion Hospital Ambulance, and Clarion Borough Police Department were dispatched to the scene.

According to a representative of Clarion County 9-1-1, there was smoke on the second floor of the structure; however, nothing resulted from it.

The structure is a multi-use commercial and apartment building.

The scene was cleared at 6:37 a.m.
