Crews Respond to Fire at Clarion Walmart

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Emergency responders were dispatched to a fire at Clarion Walmart this morning.

Clarion County 9-1-1 reported the call came in at 5:29 a.m. for flames in the deli at Clarion Walmart located at 63 Perkins Road.

Clarion Fire & Hose Company No. 1 was dispatched to the scene, and Clarion Hospital EMS was on stand-by.

The scene was cleared at 6:04 a.m.

The grease fire that was in a deep fryer was out at 5:48 a.m.

The deli is currently closed; however, it will most likely reopen later today after everything is cleaned up.
