Two Transported to Clarion Hospital Following Paint Township Crash

PAINT TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Two people were transported by ambulance following a two-vehicle crash in Paint Township late Tuesday morning.

According to police, around 11:51 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, Paula M. Slum, 42, of Strattanville, was operating a 2011 Dodge RAM 1500, traveling east on U.S. 322 when she slowed to a stop for a car turning left.

Police say a 2005 Subaru Outback, operated by 18-year-old Alex S. Hohman, of Brookville, then struck Slum’s vehicle from behind.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. They were both transported to Clarion Hospital by Knox Area Ambulance for treatment of injuries of unknown severity.
