Clarion Man Jailed on Outstanding Warrants

Clarion-based State Police say 38-year-old Paul Fotheringham, of Clarion, was taken into custody for outstanding warrants during a traffic stop in Armstrong County.

He was placed in the Armstrong County Jail.

The incident occurred around 5:41 p.m. on September 1.

Assault in Howe Township

Around 1:30 p.m. on September 1, PSP Marienville responded to a facility in Howe Township, Forest County, regarding a physical altercation between a staff member and a client.

The victim is a 57-year-old Marienville man.

Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest for Fraudulent Documents, DUI Suspended License

This incident occurred as multiple violations were observed on a 2002 Land Rover around 2:18 p.m. on August 30 on State Route 338, in Beaver Township, Clarion County, according to Clarion-based State Police.

Police say 57-year-old Burt Pisor, of Emlenton, was taken into custody for Fraudulent Documents and driving on a DUI suspended license.
