CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion County Human Services and Clarion Area Title 1 are sponsoring a presentation by Kerry Magro, an award winning national speaker and best-selling author on Wednesday, September 18.

The event is from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Clarion Area High School Auditorium.

It is free and open to the public.

Magro is known as a role model in the disabled community. Non-verbal at 2-1/2 years old and diagnosed with autism at four, he overcame countless obstacles to get to where he is today.

“Autism doesn’t come with an instruction guide,” said Magro. “It comes with a family who will never give up.”

The event will have free childcare (ages up 11 years old). RSVP the high school at 814-226-8112 or the elementary at 814-226-8118.
