L. Renee Wingard of Fern died September 25, 2019.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA on July 29, 1974, she was the daughter of David J. and Donna J. (Miller) Falconer. After receiving an Associate Degree she worked for Clarion County.
Renee is survived by her mother, Donna, of Clarington; her husband, Clifford Wingard, Jr., of Fern; her son, Timothy A. Haines, of Fern; and her daughter, Amanda K. Wingard, also of Fern. In addition, she is survived by her brother, Brian Falconer and wife Vicki, of Goldsboro NC; her sister, Shelley Beach and husband Kevin, of Las Vegas NV; her husband’s parents, Clifford Wingard, Sr. and wife Patricia, of Fern; and her sister-in-law, Pamela Weaver and husband John, of Knox; along with several nieces and nephews and an extended family.
Renee was preceded in death by her father, David.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. Services will be private.
