UPDATE: Coroner Says Death of Man Found Near Frills Corners Ruled Natural Causes

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion County Coroner Randall Stom says the death of a man whose body was discovered in northern Clarion County on Tuesday has been ruled death by natural causes.

According to Stom, an autopsy performed in Erie today found that 56-year-old Todd Eugene Gilbert, of Tionesta, died of natural causes.

Stom noted that no foul play was detected, and there were no indications of illicit drug or alcohol abuse.

Gilbert was found deceased near State Route 36 in the area of Long Acres Potato Farms just north of Frills Corners on Tuesday morning.
