Clarion Man Accused of Threatening Woman With Knife

CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A Clarion man is facing criminal charges following an incident where he allegedly threatened to stab a woman with a knife.

Court documents indicate the Clarion-based State Police filed criminal charges against 33-year-old Kristopher Cody Patrick, of Clarion.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred at an apartment on Fraternity Drive in Clarion Township.

According to a criminal complaint filed by Trooper Doverspike, of PSP Clarion, around 8:00 a.m. on September 12, a known female victim reported that her neighbor, Kristopher C. Patrick, was standing outside her apartment and told her that he was going to stab her with a knife.

The complaint notes that Patrick was allegedly holding a kitchen knife when he made the threat which frightened the victim for her safety and her family’s safety.

The following charges were filed against Patrick on Tuesday, October 1, through Magisterial District Judge Duane L. Quinn’s office:

– Terroristic Threats W/ Int To Terrorize Another, Misdemeanor 1
– Harassment — Subject Other to Physical Contact, Summary

An arraignment for Patrick was continued on Wednesday, October 2, and is scheduled to resume at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, at 10:30 a.m. with Judge Quinn presiding.

Patrick also faces arraignment Tuesday on charges charges from another incident where he allegedly yelled a racial slur, profanity, and death threats through a couple’s window in Clarion Township on September 13.
