State Police Seeking Information on Burglary in Scrubgrass Township

SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police are asking the public for information on a burglary that occurred last week at a hunting camp in Scrubgrass Township.

According to Franklin-based State Police, an unknown individual arrived at the victim’s hunting camp located on Oliphant Road, in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County, and forced entry into the rear door.

Once inside, the unknown actor stole the following items: a laptop. hunting knives, and a spotting scope.

The actor then left in an unknown direction by unknown means.

The incident occurred sometime between 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, and 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 4.

The victim is a 64-year-old Carnegie man.
